SOLMINER | 2019 Nebullite Sparkling Red

Whether there is a new star forming or simply a family holiday, certainly a champagne glass filled with the swirling, fizzing cosmos of this red sparkling wine is intriguing and worthy of any celebration, large or small.

Similar to our refreshing red, "Rubellite" blending Syrah and Grenache, we reserved some for the purpose of creating a bubbly offspring which we dubbed "Nebullite". Deep amethyst color and cherry, light herbal licorice aromas tickle the senses while bright flavors of cherry, strawberry and just a hint of powdery tannins and citrus tempt the palate. "Nebullite" has beautiful light fruit character and good acidity so it feels dry on the finish. 

Especially good with charcutrie but pairings can also be imaginitive -try oysters (especially smoked or cooked), pate, prosciutto, smoked cheese, lox, escargot, caviar, sausage, chocolate and pecan pie.
